I hope everyone has had a great July, goodness where did the summer go. It's so hard to believe that it is almost back to school time. We're just so not ready for it at all! We've had a good summer, we really enjoyed our camping trip, I did not want to come home at all. While we were there we celebrated Steve's birthday. Tiff and Dustin came out to visit us on that special day, also our friends Heath and Amy, Steve grilled for us all ...It was really good. It's a wonder I didn't pack on 20 extra pounds while we were camping but I guess all the bike riding, walking up and down the steps at the lock and dam helped keep off the weight, it's a wonder though because Steve sure did some great cooking!
This coming week we're taking Molly and her best friend Penni to Geyser Falls water park, that should be fun. I only hope it isn't the 100 degrees that they're predicting the day we're planning on going. Look out Lazy River, here I come ...
Things are coming together more and more for Tiff's wedding in Sept., I bought my dress last week for the wedding. I love it, the only thing is it's long and that isn't what I wanted so I have to find someone to cut it off and hem it for me. I probably could but I'm not that brave, especially with a dress so important. We have Molly's dress ordered, it should be in around the second week in August, Tiff's wedding dress is getting altered now.
My only son has his first real girlfriend, Ohhhh my nerves, as if I didn't have enough to worry about already. Doesn't seem right to see my baby boy riding off with a girl in his truck.
