Today Molly gets out of the hospital and we're going home! We're so ready, as you could imagine.
Funny how when you're on vacation the time flies by and seems you weren't gone from home anytime but a ten day stay at the hospital makes it seem you've been gone from home for months.

Hospital Time
Molly was admitted to the hospital yesterday, her lung function wasn't so good when we came to CF clinic, we'll be here 10 to 14 days.
Hopefully the stay will go by fast and Molly's lung function will bounce back up to her normal.

2010 BCS National Champs
I am so very proud of the University of Alabama football team for their 37 - 21 win over the Texas Longhorns. I will say my heart goes out to Colt McCoy, I hate he wasn't able to play. He seems like such a great guy and his speeches before and after the game showed great character. I wish him the best of luck in the NFL. I know he will have lots of Alabama fans cheering for him.
I just heard today that Alabama's quarterback, Greg McElroy played last night with two broken ribs. Not sure if this is true or not but could explain why he didn't have such a great night. If it is true they all did a good job keeping it from everyone.
Now, I know many people often wonder what an elephant has to do with the University of Alabama's football team. Here's a little information:
The costumed mascot of the University of Alabama is "Big Al".
During a 1930 game against Ole Miss due to the large size of the players and hearing the rumble of the first team (Bama) taking the field a fan yelled out "Here come the elephants", the name has stuck throughout that 1930 national championship season and beyond.
It wasn't until the 1979 Sugar Bowl when the costumed Big Al appeared, Bama beat Penn State University at that game for the national championship.
Big Al appears on lots of team merchandise and such as the Crimson Tide do not have a logo on their helmets or uniforms.
Now you don't hear people say here come the elephants or anything like that, we are known as the Crimson Tide, I guess I will have to tell how the Bama team became known as the Crimson Tide in a later post.
Roll Tide Roll ...

My Wild Night
Last night we enjoyed an evening just hanging out with some friends (Heath & Amy) for a while, we were home a little before 11 pm, I tried .... I mean really tried to make it until midnight but just couldn't do it.
I actually had no idea that someone (Molly) had taken my picture, didn't know it until I was uploading pictures off my camera this morning that I took at Heath and Amy's.
Here is proof that I'm not a wild party woman, this is me, buried under my quilt of many colors sleeping away at midnight.
