Tomorrow is "contract / make offer" day on the house. Things are still sorta iffy about the land but that's why we have contracts for that sort of thing.
Everyone keep your fingers crossed. If all goes well and we do get it there is going to be tons of work but I think it'll be fun and it'll be something we'll really be proud of, once everything is finished.

I don't know what you mean by iffy about the land. I sure don't like anything "iffy" in real estate deals. Be careful and good luck!
